We use glass frit for all our colouring. Glass frit is a by-product of the stained-glass industry.

Dichroic glass is a centuries old technique. Dichroic means two colours. The colouring in the glass is actually an extremely thin layer created in a synthesizer, which is then fused to a piece of glass. In any piece of dichroic glass one can see an over colour and an undercolour when the glass is tilted at an angle.

We ship all over the world. We usually use the Post Office for personal International shipments. One of the reasons for this is that courier shipments across borders will result in brokerage charges which can run from $50 to more than $100 per shipment. There is no such charge with the Post Office. We also have found the Post Office system to be reliable and safe with very little breakage.
